It works okay overall, but I felt a little uneasy after looking at the ingredient list. I just wish they were more clear about what’s actually safe and what everything is for.

I ordered from Vaseline, the shipping was really fast. I got the tracking email quickly too, which was nice. The package showed up earlier than I expected, and everything inside was totally fine. No issues at all, just an easy, smooth order

I love this little Vaseline. It’s small enough to toss in my purse or even a jacket pocket, because apparently carrying around a giant tub of petroleum jelly is frowned upon. I use it at work, in the car, and when I travel, and it barely takes up any space. The lid stays on well too, which is a nice surprise in a world where everything in my bag likes to open itself. Super handy

The site does look good visually, but it wasn’t that easy to actually find what I needed. I also checked my email receipts afterward to make sure I had the right details, since I didn’t feel like digging through the site again.

I tried this and quickly my skin started itching. You expect it to be gentle, but I ended up with a rash, so it just didn’t work for me.

I’ve been using this vaseline lotion for a few weeks now, and it’s been working really well for me. I was disappointed because I was actually expecting this to be a solid purchase, but mine leaked inside the box before I even got to use it. Maybe I just got a bad one, but personally I wouldn’t order it again

Not to overreact or anything, but my lips finally feel soft again and the cracks are gone. So yeah, very calm and normal about it, but I’m definitely happy with this.

I ordered the healing jelly from vaseline because my hands were super cracked and dry, i was expecting more. Like yes, it made them a little less flaky, but the actual healing was painfully slow. And don’t even get me started on the greasy feeling — it got on everything. My phone, doorknobs, clothes, basically anything I touched. Maybe it’s fine for tiny dry patches or just locking in moisture, but for real cracked skin? It didn’t really do much for me. Kind of disappointing

I reached out to vaseline support with a question about one of their lotions, and overall it was a good experience. It did take a little longer than I expected to hear back, but once they responded, the answer was clear and actually addressed what I asked. The person was friendly too, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I’d say their customer service is helpful and pleasant, just not the fastest. 4 stars from me.

My hands get ridiculously dry in the winter, and I wasn’t totally sure this would do much, but it’s actually helped a lot. It’s not fancy or anything, it just works. I put it on before bed, and by morning the cracks feel way better.

I mostly use Vaseline on my dry lips and the rough patches on my hands, and it does a good job keeping them from getting worse. It’s definitely on the thicker side, but once it warms up a bit it spreads easily. It can feel a little greasy for a while, so I usually save it for bedtime. Overall, it works well—I just wish it absorbed a bit faster.

Not gonna lie, I was a little worried it might make my face itch, but it didn’t at all. It works fine for my dry skin and feels comfortable to use.
